Usage:
1. Wash hands before use
2. Open pouch and insert the pearls into the vagina(5-7cm depth)
3. Ensure that the string is unwrapped from each pearl as you will need it to remove them from the vagina once the detox cycle has been completed
4. Remove the tampons after 3 days and clean the vagina with warm water
5. Please wait 24 hours before beginning another detox cycle
Warning:
Do not use tampons 4 days before the onset of menstruation and wait at least 3 days after your last day of menstruation before using the detox pearls
